Dear Neighbor
As a brief introduction, w~are Beamer Development, Inc., which~
based in Coppell, and ~re~developing thirty (30) acres at 82~
Deforest Road into an es~e custom residential development.
It is our intent to inform you that we will be connecting a new ten
inch (I0") sewage line from our property to the existing sewage
lift station located at MacAurthur Blvd. and Deforest Road. Within
the next thirty (30) days, construction of this new ten inch
sewer line will begin and will temporarily be on your property and
confined to the existing fifty foot (50') construction easements.
Please reference the attached documents to verify location of said
sewer line easement.
It is also our intent to complete the work as quickly as possible,
and that we will re-establish all fence lines and driveways that
may be damaged.
