RE: First Landscape Review Comments for the Cambridge Manor Estates
Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
[. Provide brick pavers at the subdivision entrance as per City of Coppell
Streetscape Plan.
2. Show the sidewalk on the landscape plans.
3. All screening walls are to be designed by a licensed professional engineer.
4. On page 3 of the common area landscape plans, show the connection between
the subdivision sidewalk and the Hike and Bike Trail.
5. All irrigation controllers are required to have freeze protectors, rain sensors, and
surge protection devices.
6. Address the comment on page 5 regarding the 3/4" and 1" meter service detail.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
City for review. If you should have any questions concerning these comments, please
