east of MacArthur Boulevard, along the north side of DeForest Road, at the request of
Beamer Development.
a. Show all easements on the face of plat.
b. Show the 100 year floodplain on the face of the plat.
c. Escrow should be provided for DeForest Road.
Riverchase Club Addition. Preliminary Plat, located along the northwest corner of Beltline
Road and MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers,
Inc.
a. The volume and page number of the proposed temporary turn around easement should
be provided on the face of the plat.
b. A sewer line should be extended eastward up Riverchase Drive to the western most
property line of this subdivision.
c. Traffic is still a concern.
