Block C, Lot 9 needs to be identified. Is this a residential lot. 3. Block C, common area needs to be identified by metes and bounds. There also needs to be defined a separation line between this common area and Block C, Lot 9. 4. Please show location of Block B, Lot 5 identified as double frontage or "key" lots. 5. Show sidewalk connection between hike and bike easement and subdivision. 6. Irrigation controllers are required to have freeze protector, rain sensor, and surge protection devices.
