Dear Mr. Griffin:
This is in regard to your letter dated November 22, 1993, in which you
requested a Conditional Letter of Map Revision for the referenced project.
Our letter to you dated January 17, 1994, stated that we were reviewing the
data submitted in support of your request and, within 30 days of the date of
that letter, would notify you if we needed additional data or if we
encountered delays. However, with a letter dated February 4, 1994, from
Mr. Allen Harts, P.E., Dowdey, Anderson and Associates, Inc., we received the
following additional data: a revised 100-year HEC-2 hydraulic model, a
revised topographic work map, and a revised Riverine/Coastal Mapping Form,
page 3 of 3. We will review the additional data and will inform you of our
findings within 30 days of the date of this letter.
