January 11, 1994 Mr. Gary Sieb Director of Planning and Community Services City of Coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mr. Sieb: The purpose of this letter is to formally request that Beamer Development, Inc., be placed on the agenda at the Coppell City Council Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, January 25, 1994, to be considered for annexation into the COPPELL MUNICIPAL UTILITIES DISTRICT (C.M.U.D.) for the below listed property: o Twenty (20) acres of developable property taken from the total of twenty-three and eight nine eight (23.898) acres owned by Beamer Development, Inc. o The legal description of the aforementioned property is as follows: Abstract Number 1791 (Dallas County) W.A. Trimble Survey 23.898 acres (12.1 on City of Coppell Tax Rolls) Additionally, Beamer Development, Inc., formally requested that this property be put on the C.M.U.D. agenda for their monthly meeting, which was scheduled for Monday, January 10, 1994. We were subsequently cancelled from the agenda for that meeting and were told that no new members would be considered at this time. Please advise us regarding the status of new members being annexed into the C.M.U.D. and the proper procedures required by your office to facilitate this request.
