NOTICE TO PROCEED
This letter shall serve as your notice to proceed on this date, with construction of the
Coppell Nature Bio- diversity Center, in accordance with the endorsed agreements, the
Project Manual, the Final Plans for Bidding and Construction as prepared by SHW Group
and Addendum #1. Please consider that time is of the essence on this project and the city
anticipates that Northstar will execute the construction in a workmanlike fashion, to
completion by December 1, 2013.
