Dear Mr. Doyle:
The City Council recently awarded a contract for the construction
of the above referenced project to Cajun Contractors, Inc. The
contractor is tentatively scheduled to begin work on or before
Monday, January 9, 1989 and complete the construction within 300
calendar days. In an effort to coordinate the construction of
this project, we request that a representative of your office be
present at the pre-construction conference to be held at Z:00 P.M.
on Wednesday, January 4, 1989 in the first floor conference room
of the Coppell Town Center.
We would appreciate your assistance in this matter. If you have
any questions concerning this meeting, please feel free to call.
