Specifically the floodway shall be revised on the west overbank of Elm Fork Trinity River from a point approximately 350 feet upstream of Sandy Lake Road to a point approximately 700 feet upstream of Sandy Lake Road. As a result of the floodway revision, the floodway shall narrow with a maximum narrowing of 400 feet at a point approximately 500 feet upstream of Sandy Lake Road. In addition, the 1% annual chance floodplain shall be revised from a point just downstream of Sandy Lake Road to a point approximately 700 feet upstream of Sandy Lake Road. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow with a maximum widening of 300 feet at a point approximately 400 feet upstream of Sandy Lake Road and a maximum narrowing of 300 feet at a point just upstream Sandy Lake Road.
