Dear Mr. Grigsby:
The City of Coppell has considered the bid submitted by yoiar firm for the
above referenced project in response to its Request for Proposals No. 0030
dated September 23, 1988. You are hereby notified that your bid has been
accepted for the construction of the Village Parkway Pump Station in the
amount of $2,157,000.00. In addition, three (3), Worthington 10-LR-18A Pumps
with Reliance, WP-II enclosure, 82 dB motors were assigned to your firm in the
amount of $179,772.00. The total contract amount awarded, including pumps and
motors, is $2,336,772.00.
Enclosed are six (6) copies of the Form of Agreement, Performance Bond, and
Payment Bond. Please execute these documents and return them to our office.
You are required, under the terms of the Instructions to Bidders, to execute
the Agreement and furnish the required bonds and certificates of insurance
within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this notice to you.
Upon receipt of these documents, we will have the agreement signed by the City
of Coppell and issue a 'Notice to Proceed' order. You are required to return
an acknowledged copy of this Notice of Award.
