erosion control project will address these issues.
The lake edge will receive a combination of treatments to address the
continuing erosion. The majority of the lake will receive a manufactured
stone edge treatment erected as a vertical wall and supported by a
concrete base, in essence creating a seawall. The western perimeter of

stabilization. A permanent solution to this portion of lake edge will be
addressed at a later date during the Andy Brown Jr. Community Parks
redevelopment project.
Affects to Park Visitors
Users of the trail system should stay alert to the potential for continuously
changing detours along routes. Portions of the trail will be closed as
workers move through the area. Access from Andy Brown West to Moore
Road Park will be maintained for pedestrian and bike traffic.
