NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Kenney:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start April 14, 2013. If you should begin
work prior to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the day work begins. One
hundred and fifty (150) calendar days were bid on this project for completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on April 14, 2013 then the calendar days on the project will
expire on September 10, 2013.
