The City of Coppell has considered the bid(s) submitted by your firm (as
revised per your letter dated 11/18/88) for the pumping units on the above
referenced project in response to its Request for Proposals No. 0030 dated
September 23, 1988. You are hereby notified that your bid has been accepted
and assigned for the three (3), Worthington 10-LR-18A Pumps with Reliance, WP-
II enclosure, 82 dB motors in the amount of $179,772.00. The units were
assigned to CAJUN Contractors, Inc., P.O. Box 104, Baton Rouge, Louisiana,
70821.

that all submittals must come through the General Contractor on this project.
