Dear Mr. Stevens,
We are pleased to have this opportunity to provide surveying services for your
project. We will provide surveying, calculation and drafting services necessary to
produce a minor subdivision plat on the referenced property, and represent this
plat at any required City meetings. Our fee for this service, not including any City
fees, will be $927.00 (nine hundred and twenty seven dollars), plus tax and
incidentals. This amount includes the recordation of the plat at the Dallas County
Clerk's office. Any work performed beyond this scope will be billed at our current
houdy rates, a copy of which is attached hereto. If these terms are satisfactory,
please indicate your acceptance by signing below.
