Please consider this a letter of final acceptance of the public improvements associated with the
referenced project. The following maintenance bonds will be in effect for two (2) years until
March 19, 2015.
1. Maintenance Bond No. 4389760 in the amount of$31,062.08 posted by SureTec Insurance
Company will cover street approach, sidewalk, and barrier free ramp improvements at Lake
Vista Drive constructed by GM Construction TX.
2. Maintenance Bond No. 4390502 in the amount of$3,239.00 posted by Sure Tec Insurance
Company will cover the storm sewer and water improvements in the Lake Vista Drive right-
of-way constructed by Kart Construction&Equipment Co., Inc.
