*pf ppell. Mr. Inglis had spoken with both Mr. Kevin Cox and Mr. Gary Keane regarding the potential for
drainage control from the property. T erty he general consensus from the Airport is that development of prop shall
be';accomplished in a responsible manner, which could include drainage runoff control. Consideration will be
to the receiving drainage conveyance and the effects of the potential development on the conveyance. Mr.

��!$ noted. that the Airport can not, at this time, modify the current design guidelines to include the requirement
;lbrainage runoff control. Changes of this nature will require Airport Board action.
Mr. Inglis if other developments on the airport had drainage runoff control_ Mr. Inglis noted that there are
ent projects on the airport property that have drainage runoff control. This could set a general precedent
;accepted method for drainage design on new developments.in certain D /FW property areas.
or and continued discussions and correspondence with the Airport may result in possible future design
guideline changes that would be approved by the D /FW Airport Board.
