Re: Planing of North Service Center
Dear Mr. Anderson:
As a follow-up to your conversation with Ken Griffin on Tuesday, July 20 concerning the platting of
the City of Coppell's north service center, I am forwarding information you may find helpful in
completing that task. Enclosed please find a boundary survey submitted previously by Heunessey
Engineering, Inc., a copy of the deed, a copy of the original site plan, and a copy of the proposed site
plan for the north service center. I was unable to fmd a copy of the utility easement (Vol. 958, Pg.
920) that crosses this site, however your firm may have obtained a copy when it designed the offsite
sanitary sewer for the Estates of Cambridge Manor located to our east.
Please provide a timeline estimate for when your firm might complete the platting process. If there
