RE: MEP for North Service Center Admin Office
Enclosed are the mechanical and plumbing plans for the existing Fire Administration Building.
As you know, the North service Center facility is basically the same design with some added
square feet to the front and rear. The proposed facility will require a full fire protection system
which is not reflected in the Fire Admin building.
The City is interested in a full set of plans and specifications for MEP for this proposed project.
As we discussed, the City would like to have the specifications complete by the end of
September if possible. Please submit your standard letter of agreement so that the necessary
paperwork can be executed.
