This is in reference to your June 25, 1993, request for a conditional Letter
of Map Revision (LOMR) to the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and /or Flood
Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM) for the above - referenced community.
In our letter dated August 30, 1993, we indicated that additional data might
be required to complete our review of the request. The data required to
complete our review are listed on the enclosed summary.
Please note that the inittial fee of $735 already submitted will only be
applied to this request if we receive the required data within 90 days of the
date of this letter. After 90 days, the request will be treated as an
original submittal and will be subject to all submittal /payment procedures,
including the initial fee.
