Enclosed are the applicable forms requested by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in their
letter of December 31, 1992.
I have also enclosed a copy of the FEMA map with the Creek View Addition superimposed on it, and the
existing floodway is shown in red. The report submitted by the City of Coppell, "Creek View Addition, As
Built Conditions" contains the technical data for this request.
Since there is no physical change to the floodway or base flood elevations, only Forms 1 and 2 are submitted.
