New FEMA Maps
Dear Mr. Miller:
By letter dated June 4, 1992, to the City of Coppell, I submitted information regarding the proposed 100 -
year flood plain delineation on Denton Creek in the City of Coppell, Texas. This letter was transmitted
to FEMA by the City of Coppell. As a result of the June 2, 1992 letter, Ms. Mathini Sreetharan with
Dewberry & Davis, requested that we provide a letter of certification stating that the area shown on
Exhibit A (Attachment to June 2, 1992 letter), is above the 100 -year flood level (BFE). A certification
letter so stating this is attached
We have also enclosed as -built construction plans for the MacArthur Blvd. bridges across Denton Creek
and the Denton Creek Flood Control Channel. Ms. Sreetharan requested these plans for use in updating
the HEC -2 model
