The above referenced report has been reviewed by the City staff. Enclosed please find the
revised report, as requested. As you may know, the City of Coppell's Flood Insurance Rate Map
(FIRM) is currently being revised by the FEMA's consultant.
In addressing Section 1, Item 'C', the following development projects, (i.e., subdivisions and
roadway bridges) are included in the City's overall FIRM revision:
Denton Creek:
1) Lake Park Addition (FEMA Case #92- 06 -22P)
2) MacArthur Blvd. Bridge Crossing Denton Creek
Grapevine Creek:
Grapevine Creek Drop Structure (FEMA Case #92 -06 -OOP)
