Dear Ken:
Please find attached a computer generated topographic map which
is based on an on the ground topographic survey. The spot shots
obtained in the field are also plotted on this exhibit.
The purpose of this letter is to point out that it is our opinion
that the proposed revisions to the FEMA map of this area are
incorrect and that the original map depicts the correct 100 year
floodplain limit. Also, please find attached a copy of our bench
mark level loop which ties into an existing bench mark found
within the Lakes of Coppell area.
