RE: Information relating to Shadow Woods Estates floodplain reclamation project
"Cottonwood Creek" located in the City of Coppell, Dallas County Texas.
Dear Mr. Doyle:
This is in response to your letter of October 13/, 1989, providing the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with updated information pertaining to the
referenced project and Cottonwood Creek.
You have already identified that the proposed project is outside of the 100 -year
existing, but within the 100 -year ultimate.

As of the date of this letter, the information and.all supporting data has been
forwarded to our National Office for review.
If the reclamation project will result in alteration of the designated flood
hazard area, the community is to develop and subm. a Request for Letter of Map
Revision (LOMR) to this office. This request, if f and justifiable, would result
in the modification of the community's flood boundaries as designated by FEMA
for purpose of NFIP.
