As previously notified by January 30, 1989 letter, please be reminded that in mid January,
1989, the City of Coppell forwarded their review and comments concerning the preliminary
Coppell Flood Insurance Study (FIS) and Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), to the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Please note that the best available information has been used toward completion of this review
and comment. We have a copy of this report in our office for reference. Interested parties
are welcome to review this report at the City of Coppell, Engineering Department, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell.
Attached is FEMA's notice of the 90 -day appeal period and options available during that period.
While not yet documented, we understand that the 90 days started around March 15, 1989.
