of Grapevine Creek, as prepared by Mr. Matthew Goodwin, P.E. of Goodwin & Marshall, Inc.
This report reflects the "As Built" conditions for a proposed development known as Big Cedar
Addition, adjacent to Tributary G -1. We respectfully request that a final Letter of Map Revision
(LOMR) from FEMA be issued for this project.
