RE: Revisions to Coppell's FIS & FIRM
(FEMA- Letter Dated 3/7/91)
Attached please find a copy of the letter I received from Ron
Morrison, in addressing the recent action taken by FEMA, which
is the issuance of final determination letter. Please note the
time schedule for finalizing Coppell's Flood Insurance Study on
Page 3 of said letter. Ron is in process of submitting the minor
correction (matching panels) to FEMA as per their request.
As per Ron's research, FEMA will print the 1988 preliminary FIRM
maps in October 1991, and after the 90 -day appeal period, they
will print the corrected FIS revision, which seems to be February
of 1992.
