RE: Coppell Trail Master Plan suggested Thoroughfare
Cross - Sections
Dear Ken,
Rick Wieland passed on to me your concern that the Coppell
Trail Master Plan Book "Appendix A - Thoroughfare
Cross - Sections" (pages 74 through 81) might be taken as
"absolute" by some readers of the plan.
I agree with you and propose adding a second paragraph to
page 74 as follows (to be placed after the first paragraph
and before the list of included notes and drawings):

I look forward to any additional suggestions you might
have, via phone, fax or letter, so that we can make the
Trail Master Plan easier, for you and your staff to
implement.
Note that anything after, page 56 is new material you have
not reviewed before mid -July. It includes the important
Master Plan "Implementation Check List."
The check list was provided to address council desires that
"things to do after the plan is approved" be identified so
they can be addressed as council sees fit. The check list
begins on page 61 as "Implementation Check List" and ends
with the last bullet paragraph in the left column on page
63 (the paragraphs after, that and until "Funding Sources"
are accidentally repeated parts of Implementation
"Component Five" and "Component Eleven ").
