RE: Kick - Off Meeting for the Trails System Master Plan
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide an invitation to attend a kick -off meeting
between staff and Mr. Karl Beberstein, who is the project coordinator from Newman,
Jackson Beberstein, Inc. to discuss goals and objectives for the recently approved trails
system master plan.
The objective of this meeting is to provide staff an opportunity to discuss with the consultant
specific aspects of the project where there may be questions. It is important that Newman,
Jackson Beberstein, Inc. gain a historical perspective from staff regarding the concept of a
trails system in the community. Each of you have valuable insight that will help the
consultant to proceed in a clear direction and to provide the most desirable plan for the
community.
This meeting has been scheduled for the second floor conference room at Town Center on
Thursday, November 10, 1994 , beginning at 2:00 p.m. Should there be any conflict in
attending this meeting, please provide any written comments to me prior to this meeting and
I will provide these to the consultant for his information.
