The co~muni~ must publish this notice (usually the d~veloper for private work). The second publication is usually handled by FI/MA and includes a 90 day appeal period. Both of these publications are standard for all projects to ~ceiv© the final map revision based on "as buiif' conditions. They are not requke6 for the condi6onal letter of map rev/sion.
