Punchlist for Kid Country Project
Here is a list of the items that need to be corrected in order to
complete the project at Kid Country:
1. Sleeves need to be located and marked in their proper
location with a brass pin.
2. In compliance with contract, rye grass was sewn but did
not receive a good stand. The contractor shall reseed
designated areas as agreed per conversation on March
26, 1993.
3. Steve Giovannini wishes to have concession stand pad
checked to verify proper grade and compaction.
4.. Contractor spread excess dirt and in doing so changed
the integrity of the existing plans. Contractor shall
have area reshot and report findings to Steve
Giovannini so that he can change reference specs.
The drainage flume on Northwest corner of shed needs to
be reworked for ease of maintenance.
Ail leftover concrete, rock, and debris shall be
removed from job site.
Need keys to electrical boxes.
Parking lot needs the corrections agreed upon on March
26, 1993; i.e., blow out sidewalks, cracks in
structure, etc.
