The following items were found to be deficient at this site.
-Random crack, west side of drive approach
-Back of curb busting out at saw joints
(4 locations - 3 on east side of parking
- and 1 on west side of entrance island)
-Expansion joint doesn't pass through curb
(southwest edge of northern most island)
-Curb damaged on next to last center island
Please make sure that the contractor is aware of these
deficiencies and contact me when they have been addressed for a
follow up.
