Walk-Through Andrew Brown Park Phase I I/~
(Water/Sanitary Sewer)
The above referenced walk through was conducted by Utilities
personnel this morning at 9:30 a.m. The following items were
found to be deficient during this walkthrough.
1. Two of the 3 - 2" meter sets net an 18" meter can
placed over lower cut-off on pressure side of setter.
2. 8" Water main line valve needs pad repoured and brought
to grade.
3. Manholes need chimney seals. Chimney seals will need
special fittings to allow application where cone has no
monolithic rise from angle of cone.
4. The two cleanouts on the sanitary sewer mainlines need
to clean concrete off caps and bolts. Also, if the
cleanouts are only 4", was this called for in
construction plans?
Please ensure these items are corrected prior to acceptance of
this project.
