We have the contractor as-builts for the project.
Among the closeout paperwork we need is an Affidavit of Final Payment.
This document certifies that all bills have been paid. To date we have
received notice of unpaid bills from HDS Whitecap, United Rentals,
FABCO, and Burton Trucking. In total the amount indicated as unpaid is
$48,561.84. All these notices are dated within the last 2 weeks.
Please provide documentation that these issues have been satisfactorily
resolved.

Keith we have requested the consent of Surety and I am completing all
close out docs. Can you confirm Chris has gotten with Rick on as builts.
As well are there any sub lien releases needed so I can get my girls
getting them together?
