We have mutually agreed due to circumstances that your calendar days for the project began
on April 24, 2013. One hundred and seventy-five (175) calendar days were bid on this
project for completion of the work. Therefore, because work began on April 24, 2013 then
the calendar days on the project will expire on October 16, 2013.
