199-Highway Commercial), to PD-199R8-HC (Planned Development-199-
Revision 8-Highway Commercial), to attach a Detail Site Plan on 2.6 acres to
allow the development of a Day Care Center to be located at the northwest
corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Forest Hill Drive, at the request of David
Newton, Children's Learning Adventure Childcare.

1. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
2. The water meters shown to be existing are water valves, you will need to tap the 12”
main for the domestic service.
3. Either include the fire hydrant off of Forest hill in an easement pull a hydrant from the
existing private water on the west side of the property.
