Add the following notes to the POWER AND CONTROL PLAN VIEW:
1. Flush mounted disconnects shall be NEMA i Square D,
#FA100F with 30 amp 2 pole type FA breaker.
2. Install a # 6 solid ground wire from the telephone
cabinet to hot water heater cold water pipe. Install
in conduit and bond to conduit at each end.
3. Install a duplex receptacle inside telephone cabinet.
Install a home run to lighting panel in low voltage
· motor control center.
4. All conduit run under slab shall be as specified under
Section 16410 - Underground. Ail conduit run in slab
shall be Schedule 40 PVC with galvanized rigid steel
bends.
5. Ail conduits entering motor control centers and
instrument panel from the bottom shall be sealed with
Dux-seal after all cables have been installed. Cap
empty and spare conduits with threaded end caps.
