Dear Mr. Muniz:
Bid Q- 0511 -01 Tree Removal from Creeks closed May 5, 2011. The contract was
awarded to Tree Systems. The contract term is May 18, 2011 through May 17, 2012 with
the option to renew for up to four (4) consecutive years. We would like to extend this
contract for an additional year, beginning May 18, 2013 and ending May 17, 2014.
Purchase orders will be issued on an as needed basis.
Please sign and return one copy of this letter indicating your acknowledgement of the
terms and conditions of the aforementioned Contract and your acceptance of such. If you
