The City of Coppell Board of Adjustmem heard your variance request on January 11, 1996, for the
property located at 732 DeForest Road.
The Board voted to grant your request for a variance from Section 31-2(2) of the City's Zoning
Ordinance, allowing you to construct a temporary (not to exceed 24 months) asphalt parking surface
at the City's North Service Center.
