The enclosed documents were submitted as a package to both Mr. Kyle Hodges, P.E. (TCEQ) and Mr.
Hamid Fard (City of Dallas Engineering Department). The letter to Mr. Hodges addresses the TCEQ
comments received March 11, 2013 and includes the updated Design Report and Construction Plans and
Specifications.The package was submitted to Mr. Fard to begin the process of determining the necessity
of obtaining a Building Permit.
