Steve Got&m, City of Coppell Dale Jackson, City of Coppell Steve Morton, City of Coppell The following items were noted as being deficient, and requiring completion and/or correction. While it is intended that this list is complete, the Owner and/or Architect/Engineer shall retain the right to amend same as new items may be discovered. The Contractor shall complete the required correction of all items by Friday, July 31, 1987. A. Site: 1. Complete brick screening wall. 2 Install pole light. 3 Install security gate and operator. 4 Install card reader and exit loop at entry gate. 5 Paint entry gate pipe bollards and card reader post yellow. 6 Raise level of fire hydrant to city standard. 7 Install water meter vault and backfill same. 8 Backfill grade along west edge of parking lot. Allow fill to sift through chain link fence. Southwest corner of parking lot requires particular attention. 9. Rectify water retaining depression at entry drive over creek. 10. Repaint parking lot striping where paint was applied over dirty pavement, particularly at northeast corner of lot. 11. Install landscaping and irrigation system. 12. Final grade all areas to remove evidence of erosion. 13. Take down stock pile of topsoil (% southwest corner of site) and spread evenly over site. 14. Clean up (by grading) creek channel. 15. R~place broken lid at water check valve. 16. Attach last (chain link) fence posts to building at northwest and northeast corners of Storage Barn. 17. Complete chain/ink fencing to masonry screening wall. 18. Change "Regular" decal and pump nozzle to "Unleaded" 19. Raise valve stacks near water meter vault. 20. Install metallic sanitary sewer clean-out covers in front of Storage Barn. 21. Reverse metallic sanitary sewer clean-out covers to east of Maintenance Building. B: STORAGE BARN 1. Extend chainlink fabric to roof deck on interior storage cubicles . 2. Point-up brick as required. 3. Install vacuum breaker to hose bibb. 4. Grout post-tension cable pockets. 5. Install missing light bulb in center bay. 6. Identify electrical panels, switchgear, and circuit breakers per specification page 16000-3, paragraph 1.11A aB. MAINTENANCE BUIldING " 1. Point-up brick as required. 2. Install fake drain line and escucheon at extra hole in front wall over electrical switch gear. 3. Install escucheons at all drain-line penetrations. 4. Grout wall penetrations at A/C refrigerant lines. 5. Add handles to mezzanine ladder. 6. Seal concrete floors. 7. WOMEN "F" a. Correct slow draining lavatories. b. Convenience outlet at lavatory in not on GFI. 8. MEN "E" a. Correct slow draining lavatories. b. Convenience outlet at lavatory in not on GFI. c. Install missing robe hook at shower. d. Caulk shower pan to floor. 9. WASH BAY "B" a. Install lenses on two light fixtures. b. Install sealant to floor at base of cement fiber board per SK-5. Note that sea/ant must also seal around all sides of numerous small pieces of CFB along floor. The intent of this operation is to render the CFB panel system generally watertight. c. Instal] silencer on door frame # 20. 12. OFFICE "G" a. Install fuel management system. 13. Provide A/C test and balance report per specifications. 14. Identify electrical panels, switchgear, and circuit breakers per specification page 16000-3, paragraph 1.11A & B. D: GENERAL 1. Provide "As Built" drawings indicating exact location (by dimension) and routing of all underground utilities per specification page 16000-3, paragraph 1.12 A. 2. Provide copies of all warranties, guarantees, operating instructions, etc. per specification page 16000-4, paragraph 1.12 B.
