Dear Mr. Bush:
We will hold a pre-construction conference for the above
referenced project on Thursday, August ~8, ~988 at ~0:00 A.M. in
the first floor conference room of the Coppell Town Center, 255
Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas, 75019.
Please plan to attend and bring several copies of your proposed
construction schedule. We anticipate issuing a Notice to Proceed
for this project on or before August 22, 1988, provided all
issues regarding insurance have been resolved by that time.
We will have the three field sets of contract documents available
at the meeting. We have attached a list of those persons invited
to attend. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
