Maintenance Issues—Second Notice
Dear Mr. Caudill:
This letter is your second notice that workmanship and material issues have been discovered
since normal work activity on the project was concluded:
• Traffic buttons on portions of the project have been replaced. Those replacement
buttons are failing. The buttons that need attention are from the MacArthur Blvd
intersection east for approximately 400 feet on Deforest Rd.
• The sod that was installed along the south right-of-way adjacent to the fence is
failing to grow; there are a few patches of live grass interspersed with the mostly
dead grass all along the fence line. The dead grass will need to be replaced until
proper growth has been established.
The City of Coppell expects these deficiencies to be remedied in a timely manner. If you
