referenced project. We propose to furnish all'labor, materials and
equipment necessary to complete the work outlined.below.

Our proposal is based upon the following assumptions and/or
exclusions. And is subject to a mutual agreement on contract
documents.
1. We exclude any and all demolition.
2. We assume the sub-grade to be plus or minus one-tenth by
others.
3. ~We have included fine grading and fine grading sand.
we include engineering and layout for the concrete work
listed above.
We assume the concrete to be 3000 PSI.
We assume all concrete will allow a 5" slump. We exclude
heating or cooling of concrete.
We exclude all concrete buggies or pumps.
We assume the concrete truck~ will be allowed to back over the
rebar or seven-day-old concrete in order to pour.
We assume wasting spoils and any other excavated
materials on site.
At the sitework, we have included expansion joints at 100'-0"
on center and saw joints a% 20'-0" on center. We exclude
all sealing or caulking of joints.
We assume that redwood expansion joints with load transfer
devices, similar to keylode, will be acceptable. We exclude
dowel baskets.
We have included curing the paving with a white-pigmented
curing compound at 300 s.f. per gallon.
We exclude backfilling at curbs and walks. We assume the
landscaping contractor will perform this work.
We assume 6" Flex Base is existing. We have included
scarifing, water and recompaction only.
we exclude materials and labor to install PVC sleeves. We
assume the landscaper will perform this work.
We exclude any ¢oncret~ cleaning, striping or painting.
we have excluded all off sitework.
We exclude all utility work; i.e. culverts, headwalls,
manholes, curb inlets, etc. We exclude adjusting utilities;
i.e. storm drains, area-drains, etc.
Unles! stated in our Scope of Work, we exclude all bollards,
pole bases, pre-cast wheel stops, miscellaneous pads, etc.
20. We have included all rebar and rebar tying for the concrete
work listed above. We assume plastic chairs are acceptable.
We ew£1ude all masonry rebar.
