RECOMMENDED
OPTION
My recommendation would be to install the 12" to Fairway Dr. and the 8" to Ledbetter Rd. In
the future, this would allow the City to loop the 12" down Fairway Dr. into the existing 12" in
Riverchase Dr. Also, in the future, there could be an opportunity to loop the 8" on the north
side on Bel~ine to Fairway Dr. I used current bid prices to determine the unit costs. The actual
price could be higher or lower when the project is bid.
