Product & Material I. E -Rap Bag Material Will Be A 3000 psi Blend. 2. Rebar Dowels Will Be #4 Rebar. 3. Filter Fabrics Will Be Mirafi 140N. 4. Crushed Stone Will Be 3/4" to I" Crushed Stone. 5. Anchors Will Be Manta Ray Anchors of Ductile Iron. 6. Steel Connecting Rods will be 5/8" Galy. 7 All Drainage Pipe Will Be PVC. This plan is considered to be an "ENGINEERED" wall installation and as such requires total compliance with the specifications and the drawings for this project. Any changes must be in writing, signed and sealed by the engineer to validate the changes. Any changes made by others fall under the authority of the engineers board rule 131.152j and the resulting modified wall repair becomes the responsibility of the person making the changes. There is no "SHARED" responsibility for a changed wall, only total responsibility regardless of how small the changes are or were they are made. INSPECTION CALLS Inspections Must Be Made At The Following Construction Points. 1. Following the initial earth bank and base excavation. 2. During the installation of the Helical Piers. INSTALL ANCHORS AT 75% HEIGHT 3. Inspection of reinforcement steel and pier connection plate prior to the installation of OF EXPOSED WALL the concrete leveling pad. 4. During the initial installation of the earth anchors, and during all load testing. 5. Drying the initial installation of Wall Drain and Geo -Grid. 6. During the installation of the first and last section of the Geo -Grid for the construction of the Reinforced Earth 7. Final grade and erosion cover. NOTES: FAILURE TO ARRANGE INSPECTIONS WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF SANCO DESIGN, INC., WITH RESULTING PROOF OF SAME WILL RELEASE SANCO DESIGN, INC. AND THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FROM RESPONSIBILITY AND OR LEGAL LIABILITY. Contractor must be epuiooed with adequate equipment and manpower to properly implement all phases of the wall installation. 4.. Contractor must have a minimum of $1,000,000 dollars in General Liability Insurance and provide medical coverage for the protection of their employees, either Workman Comp Or an approved Accidental Iniury Policy.
