Dear Mr. Chapman:
An inspection of the referenced project should be scheduled by you with representatives of the City
of Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond. This request was made in
writing to your predecessor, Marty Murphy on April 18,2012 and on May 9, 2012.
To my knowledge, no attempt to contact City of Coppell was made after some minor repairs were
attempted. Issues remain that need to be resolved under the terms of the maintenance bonds held
on the project.
Please call me at 972-304-3684 to let me know when you can meet with me to walk the limits of
the project with City of Coppell personnel.
