NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Frazier:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on June
20, 2013. One hundred fifty (150) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the
completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on June 20th, then the calendar days on the
project will expire on November 17, 2013. Your construction time will officially begin the
day of commencement or June 20th,whichever is first.
