Subject: West Sandy Lake Road - Schematic Design Progress Meeting
Ken,
We would like to set up a time to meet with you on the Sandy Lake Road
project. We have developed a preliminary alignment and would like to get
your input at this stage in the schematic design. We would like to meet
with you and Mike Martin either June 19 or 20 if you are available. After
this meeting we can prepare the schematic plans and report for submittal the
week of July 30. Mike Jones would like to attend this meeting and will be
out on vacation from June 21 to July 2. Therefore, if we can schedule a
time to meet with you on June 19 or 20 that would allow Mike the opportunity
to attend the meeting. Please let me know if you are available for a
meeting on the dates we have requested. As an alternate meeting time we
could meet with you July 5 or 6.
