Thank you for sending the letter concerning right of way acquisition on the referenced lot. I will personally
visit the site to look at the fence, trees, utilities, etc. this week. Once I have had a chance to review the
letter and the physical features of the land I would like to meet with you and/or your client to work out the
details of an agreement. In the mean time, could you provide some documentation of the original
purchase price for verification purposes?
